CANCELLATION POLICY

* Cancellations/Rescheduling must be made within 24 HR’S BEFORE APPOINTMENT or you will be charged. * Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the service booked. You will no longer be able to book online and would have to book personally through Keyri for the next appointment.A deposit 25% would be required. * AFTER 15 mins of being late your appointment is considered a no show no call. There for it will get CANCELLED and you will be charge for the service. (Please ensure to communicate with me in order to avoid this.) * NO SHOW NO CALL WILL BE CHARGED IN FULL AND YOU WILL BE BAN FROM BOOKING AGAIN * Upon arrival, please text our number to ensure we are ready for you. Once you receive a confirmation, please enter or facility. Our entrance is located on the side door, right next to chipotle. We are on the upper level in suite #128 * By booking your service, you have agreed to all our policies including our cancellation policy.
